Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
By using Zeroplat, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
If you are using Zeroplat on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
License and Use
SaaS Access: You may access Zeroplat via a subscription, subject to plan limitations and applicable fees.
Source Code Licensing: Certain packages provide access to the full source code. Source code is licensed, not sold, and may only be used for internal development or in accordance with the licensing tier purchased. Redistribution or resale without prior written consent is prohibited.
Restrictions: You may not:
Reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code of SaaS-only plans.
Use Zeroplat for unlawful purposes.
Share, sublicense, or resell your access credentials.
Account and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
Zeroplat is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard account details.
Payments and Refunds
All fees are listed in USD and are payable in advance.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
Due to the digital nature of the Services, all sales are final. Refunds may only be issued in cases of proven technical failure attributable to Zeroplat.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in Zeroplat, including but not limited to software, design, and documentation, are owned by Zeroplat unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Licensees of the full source code retain rights to modify and use the code within the limits of the purchased package but may not claim ownership of the Zeroplat brand or original works.
Third-Party Services
Zeroplat may integrate with third-party services (e.g., databases, APIs, payment gateways). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of these third-party services.
Privacy Policy
Zeroplat is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or compatibility with every system.
Warranties and Disclaimers
We collect and process limited personal data such as account information, billing details, and usage logs, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Data is never sold to third parties.
For SaaS tenants, each organization is responsible for managing and protecting its own data stored on Zeroplat.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Zeroplat and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease immediately.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Policies from time to time. Continued use of Zeroplat after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
